Sales and Marketing General Manager. (R01)

Position Concept:

Responsible for planning, organizing and directing all sales & marketing activities to increase market demand. Supporting sales activities to increase the market share both locally and internationally in addition to promoting the company's image by developing strategies and ensuring implementation of short and long term sales plans to achieve target results.

Job Responsibilities:

1.   Develop, track, and implement sales & marketing programs and activities to support strategies and future growth.
2.   Monitor and study market competition and its effect on the business plans.
3.   Achieve sales revenue targets and monitor the actual achievement against the plan. Develop actions to stimulate demand based upon current and future requirements of customers and prospects.
4.   Ensure budgets development in addition to tracking and monitoring all costs and expenses in line with the budget.
5.   Develop a tracking system to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales & marketing communication actions.
6.   Manage the company's agents' affaires for different projects.
7.   Participate in product pricing to compete effectively in the market place.
8.   Develop awareness plans on products and services quality in order to build customer and dealers' loyalty, ethical dealing and respect of commitments.
9.   Develop advertising and promotion plans to create and increase awareness of the products and services.
10.   Promote a positive image of the company to the media and the local community as well as through public relation activities.


Job Requirements:

  • University Degree (Preferably in an Engineering field).
  • 20 years experience in sales both locally and internationally.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Very good presentation and public relations skills.
  • Fluency in English and excellent computer usage skills.
