Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the overall sales function. Develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets for all products as well as turn key projects as per customers' requirements in the various market segments.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform personnel management responsibilities to lead and motivate the sales force to ensure high morale and achievement of operational objectives by assuring that:
Employees have clear job objectives and challenging sales targets.
Employees receive the appropriate training and development to meet customers' requirements.
Monthly tracking of work performance and determining the appropriate compensation and incentives.
Maintaining continuous two-way communication with the team.
Motivating and recognizing top performers.

Acquire and develop knowledge of competitors strategies and equipments to protect and maintain the company accounts.
3.
Develop the department strategic plan, forecast and create new ideas and actions for business growth to maximize the revenue.
4.
Set all the sales yearly, quarterly and monthly plans.
5.
Achieve sales revenue targets and regularly monitor actual achievements versus the plan. Develop actions to stimulate demand based upon current and future requirements of customers and prospects.
6.
Promote and maintain good customer relationship and ensure customer requirements and satisfaction are met.
7.
Personally responsible of the key accounts.
8.
Ensure collection/accounts receivables are promptly gathered. Regularly report delayed payments and/or out-of-line situations and develop corrective solutions.
9.
Develop long term strategies for growth of revenue and market share in tourism, banking and other market segments.
10.
Develop the annual sales department budget, track, monitor and ensure that all cost and expenses are contained within the approved budget.
11.
Promote and maintain the company's image and good customer relationship.
12.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
University Degree (Preferably in Engineering).
10 years experience in sales with minimum five years as a manager.
Expertise in selling techniques.
In depth knowledge of company products & equipments.
Fluency in English.
Sound management, leadership and communication skills.
