Responsible for managing and monitoring maintenance activities for Ink Jet Printers at the customer site or at the company premises. Improving performance quality through system implementation and developing personnel skills through professional training and exercise.
Job Responsibilities:
1.
Guide, train and coach engineers & technicians working in the industrial sector. Assess their performance and recommend their compensation and incentives.
2.
Develop work plans and allocate work loads to work groups. Ensure that preventive maintenance is performed aligned with the maintenance contracts accurately and on time.
3.
Ensure that repairs are done properly and on time in line with customer calls by continuous follow up and investigations for the open calls.
4.
Ensure that the product is brought to the Industrial Workshop to be fixed in case the repairs cant be performed at the customer's site. Monitor and follow-up on the workshop to ensure that the service is done accurately and on time.
5.
Plan, organize and control the maintenance work as per the quality procedures and according to the job orders on daily basis.
6.
Assist the sales department in providing the technical support needed for the Demonstrations at the client sites.
7.
Provide prompt after sales service and customer training on operation methods and simple repairs.
8.
Maintain good relations with the customers and ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction is met at all times.
9.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to generate indicators for auditing the quality of delivered work and make corrective actions when needed.
10.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in any of the following: Electronics or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
10 years of relevant experience in maintenance is highly required.
Proven experience as a team leader with excellent communication and personnel management skills.
Self motivated and able to work under pressure.
Fluent in English in reading, writing, and conversing.
Creative, analytical, systematic mind with problem solving skills.
