Achieve sales objectives as assigned by the department plans and ensure customer satisfaction by analyzing the customer's technical requirements. Fulfill all projects' requirements by determining the feasibility of using standard equipments and developing specifications for any additional equipments required to provide additional functions.
Job Responsibilities:
1.
Explore the market for new clients who could benefit from the company products or services and maximize customer potential in designated regions.
2.
Establish new and maintain existing long-term relationships with customers.
3.
Communicate effectively and assess the customer requirements and future needs.
4.
Analyze the customer technical requirements, for the project, calculate the client quotations and prepare the technical and financial offer satisfying all of the customer needs.
5.
Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs then closing sales by approving terms and conditions.
6.
Implement the sales system and prepare different reports from it for information and market analysis.
7.
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
8.
Keep updated with the company's products specifications and development.
9.
Develop knowledge of competitor strategies and equipment to protect and secure company's accounts.
10.
Communicate regularly with other members of the sales team and colleagues from other departments including R&D/design, production and quality in addition to senior company managers.
