Responsible to provide all the services and maintenance activities at Alfa clients premises for Ink Jet printers in the industrial sector.
Job Responsibilities:
1.
Responsible for providing proper and timely repair services according to work quality standards, in line with customer calls and job orders.
2.
When repairs could not be done at the customers’ location, should be resposible to ensure that the printer is brought to the workshop to be fixed, also responsible to monitor and follow-up on the workshop to ensure that the service is done accurately and on time.
3.
Responsible to provide customer training on the operation of the machine, the work precautions and simple service steps.
4.
Maintain good relations with the customers and ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction is met at all times.
5.
Responsible to implement all the work procedures, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance according to service and maintenance system approved by the company.
6.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Up to 5 years experience in the field of service and maintenance.
Good knowledge of new troubleshooting and testing techniques.
Very good English language both verbal and writing.
Good knowledge and practice of computer usage.
Good communication, analytical ability, problem solving and team work skills.
